Frequently Asked
Everything we’re asked most. For anything not answered here, our concierge is at concierge@nevariskin.com.
Are Nevari products tested on animals? +
No. Nevari is cruelty-free at every stage of development and production. None of our formulations or finished products are tested on animals anywhere in the world.
What does “natural bioengineered” actually mean? +
Our actives originate from natural source material, including plant-derived compounds, fermentation outputs, and peptide systems. They are then refined, synthesized, stabilized, or amplified through controlled bioengineering for clinical-grade purity and concentration. Every active is verifiable by INCI and CAS number.
How long does an order take to arrive? +
Standard delivery is 3–5 business days in the United States, 5–9 internationally, with complimentary climate-controlled shipping on every order.
Can I return a product if I’ve opened it? +
Returns are reviewed through the selected NEVARI order record. Damaged, faulty, lost, returned-undelivered, or order-confirmed issues should be submitted from Orders & Tracking with photos or carrier evidence. Damaged or lost requests should be submitted within one month of delivery or the estimated delivery date. Approved refunds return to the original wallet or payment method; original outbound shipping is not refunded on approved delivered-order returns.
How do I store my products for maximum shelf life? +
Store away from direct sunlight, ideally at 18–22°C (room temperature). Most formulations are stable for 12 months after opening. Specific batch stability is printed on every label.
Do you offer samples? +
Complimentary samples ship with every order. You may also request a specific sample from our concierge.
Where are Nevari products made? +
NEVARI products are produced under traceable production records. Each label carries a batch number tied to the production record.
How do I contact customer service? +
