Shipping & Returns

Delivery tracking and exception-based return review for damaged, faulty, lost, returned-undelivered, or order-confirmed issues.

US & EU Standard Shipping

Every order ships in temperature-controlled packaging via signed delivery. Standard delivery: 3–5 business days within the United States, 5–9 business days across Europe. Express options are offered at checkout.

You will receive an email with a tracking link the moment your order ships. To view in-flight orders any time, see My Orders.

Returns

NEVARI return support is reviewed as order exceptions rather than open resale returns. Damaged, faulty, lost, returned-undelivered, or order-confirmed issues can be submitted from Orders & Tracking after selecting the relevant order.

Damaged or faulty item requests should be submitted within one month of delivery with clear photos of the product and shipping box. Lost delivery requests are reviewed within one month of the estimated delivery date using order and carrier records. Returned-undelivered parcels may be eligible for reshipment once the corrected address and recipient availability are confirmed. Most exception reviews receive next-step instructions within seven working days.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed by NEVARI to the original wallet or payment method after review. Original outbound shipping is not refunded on approved delivered-order returns. Cancelled or payment-failed orders are handled automatically if a charge was captured.

Customs & Duties

International orders are shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) for most destinations — the price you see at checkout includes import duties and taxes. Exceptions are noted at checkout.
