Quality Control
Every NEVARI formula moves through documented review before it is released for catalog, merchandising placement, or professional account access.
Formula Review
Each product is checked against its approved formula record, ingredient declaration, concentration expectations, packaging format, and published product language before it is made available.
Ingredient Verification
Actives and supporting ingredients are reviewed for INCI naming, functional purpose, compatibility, and label consistency. Nature-derived inputs may be refined, synthesized, or stabilized where required for purity and performance.
Atelier Production Controls
Production is managed through controlled runs with documented handling expectations, fill standards, packaging checks, and release review. Items that do not meet NEVARI presentation or quality standards are not released for sale.
Fulfillment Inspection
Orders are reviewed for product accuracy, packaging condition, shipment readiness, and tracking before release. Temperature-sensitive handling, transit preparation, and delivery documentation are monitored through the fulfillment workflow.
Exception Review
Damaged, faulty, lost, or returned-undelivered orders are reviewed through the order record. Submit exceptions from Orders & Tracking so the review can include the correct product, shipment, and fulfillment details.
